It's a given that consumers want digital and mobile options to manage their health plans. Chatbots and artificial intelligence are top trends for 2017 customer experience strategy, but understanding how to integrate the technology into your existing landscape is critical to success. While chatbots can reduce labor costs and streamline many customer interactions, they can’t handle all member journeys or solve complicated problems health plan members commonly experience.

Learn how to find the most efficient and profitable combination of human talent and automated capabilities to optimize your member journeys and streamline customer interactions.
